Well, it's not New Year's yet, is it? So, I guess I need training wheels to get started regularly. Just be patient.
This wee there have been several things that really have made me think through the real meaning of Christmas.
We are in the middle of receiving all of the Christmas gifts the students have brought for their angel they removed from the tree. I know these young students and newly married couples don't have much, but they have all been so generous for these needy kids.... I am so touched with their generosity at this time of year!
I was also able to attend the dedication of the new Habitat for Humanity house this last week. It just makes everything you do worthwhile to see how happy this family is with their new home! They are a wonderful family. I learned later that one of their sons was a student of my husbands! What a coincidence!
I am looking forward to the end of the semester for two reasons, one I will be able to catch up on all my filing, and also my finals will be over! I have my ASL final to do tonight so I can turn it in tomorrow. My DD is in the same class and she will be helping me.... I'll let you know how it goes!
